Their non fraud department has been offshored to people that barely speak English. I had to call 5 different numbers to dispute a charge, they kept saying call this other number, so i kept having to hang up and call different numbers. I would call one number, they say call this number, i call them and they say call the previous number, and i would tell them i just called them and they told me to call you guys, then they say oh ok then call this other number. Wait time is terrible
Tellers are very friendly but I would have to agree that management could us some work.
The worst DT branch, after standing in a line for more than 20 min the staff gave me wrong info, then I went to the Cowell branch they served me within minutes.
