I feel bad to say but I have very unfortunate experience at this branch. There is a teller Andre who is very unpleasant and disrespectful and I don’t understand why he speaks like that. I have a hard time to deal with this person. Management is very bad at this location. I was noticing that only few good tellers and other staff but very bad service from Andre and the managers.
i’ve been banking with Td for almost 15 years, there is no compassion or respect when it comes to dealing with the tellers at this location, i’ve had such humiliating and disrespectful encounters, the condescending tone and patronizing explanations really add to the experience, so thanks for that. no need to follow up with this review, the managers aren’t capable of dealing with complaints in a way that would actually incite change.
