I dropped by today at EGLINTON SQUARE Branch to activate my debit card and update my profiles of TD and TD Waterhouse I was lucky to meet Irene Tsfetkofski.She was very helpul to take care of everything was required for updating my profiles and activation of my debit card. I visited this branch today to deposit a bank draft for my home purchase, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and rude. It seemed like he was unfamiliar with bank drafts, as he spent several minutes reading it and appeared confused. He eventually refused to process the deposit, stating that the date on the draft did not match today’s date, without offering a clear explanation or solution.
