The front desk is extremely incompetent the other staff are great... but this review is whoever I was working with on June 8, 2025 exactly 5p.m to 6p.m at the front desk. I don't want to get into details but I had 2 simple tasks that I needed to get done for the day very simple, but because I said the two tasks in the same sentence the front desk did not understand and completely botched the whole process. Booked an appointment with Nahil at the Eg Sq branch. Based on reviews I was expecting a long wait and terrible experience. Nahil was on time, efficient, polite. He took care of all my requests in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for the great service!
