Horrible service, why am I being treated like a criminal???
One of the busiest TD branches. The staff is always helping customers with a smile and they provide multiple options to help us with our problems.
There is this lady with hijab who receives and greets the customers. I don’t know why, but her vibes doesn’t seem to match with mine. Unfortunately, she recognizes me even when I wear face mask. She gets irritated and starts giving weird looks the moment she sees me. Unluckily, this branch is the closest to my home. And my bad that my whole family has their accounts with this bank. So you know what I’m trying to say right? Either god bless me with a different bank or her with a different location. 🤞
I had applied and got approved for a line of credit but I couldn’t get it set up over the phone. So I met with advisor Jayamini who helped me reapply and get approved quickly. She also set it up in no time. Jayamini is very accommodating and knowledgeable in her field, I recommend her to anyone looking for financial advice.
Ordered statements and took 12 days to get my statements after me paying for the bank account and the statements. Worse bank than those in the 3rd world.
