im getting no help with fraud dispute its been over 2 months they have offshored this portion overseas to people that barely speak english. im out $500
After standing in line for 30 minutes, the teller Natasha tells me that I cannot access my locker even though the bank was not closed still. She was not apologetic about it either. She had quite a weird attitude. She made it sound like she didn't want to do it. Her way of dealing with the situation was troubling for me. No professionalism or courtesy. One thing is for sure, this branch needs better trained workers.
