This branch is no different than the branch on Warden and Steeles I was at on Monday. My mom didn't have a great experience here either. Nobody should have to deal with frustration or unhelpful staff at a bank.
I visited a TD branch for assistance with my cards, and the staff were unable to understand or address my issue. They incorrectly told me that my cards were Cash Cards and could not be used online. Later, I called TD’s online banking, and they clarified that this information was wrong. The branch staff seemed confused and provided no helpful solution, wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. I am very disappointed with the service at this branch.
