I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I regularly complete cross-border wire transfers and needed to transfer funds to my U.S. account. Even after verifying my PIN and confirming the transaction through an OTP code, the staff still would not proceed and asked me to return with another form of ID. Honestly I will give them two star only and only cause of their good customer service. However, it has been two times that I came to this TD branch and their employees have zero knowledge of the products. I wasn't satisfied with their description, analysis and updating me with the product I needed. While, I went to other branch and they made it like piece of cake. No issue with customer service. If you are looking to deposit and withdraw money go to this site other than that not recommending it.
They refused to help us, saying they could only do it by phone, even though the manager had asked us for the documentation the day before.
