I have been going to this bank for 1 year now and everytime I go there at the machine both of them has no $50 dollar bills. I told the tellers on two separate occasions about it. And nothing is been done about it. Not even no $10 dollars. This is rediculas about this bank.
They have a good service.
Service here is good
Someone like Natasha should not be in customer facing roles if she does not have customer service skills. She is very rude, dismissive and was starting to get hostile in my interaction with her. My mother has banked at this location for years and had great experiences with Emma - perhaps she was the only decent employee judging by the low ratings for this location. Advice for management: get Natasha some soft skills training asap before she runs off more customers.
