Their fraud department is ridiculous. When a purchase is flagged and I dont respond to the message the payments are allowed to go through. When Its flagged and I do respond because it IS me making the purchase, my card gets frozen with no notice. This institution and everyone a part of it should be ashamed.
This review is for Neeha , the teller of TD branch located at Kennedy Rd and Eglinton ave East. If I spell her name wrong, I will update shortly. This is not my first time visiting this branch. Waiting time is long, that is fine for me. We all want to get things done right. But what Neeha did was not tolerable. We had an appointment with the financial advisor, Tyler Lee at 4pm on July 17th, 2026. We arrived the branch before 4 pm roughly around 3:55 pm.
