They are not doing their job properly. Their service is very poor and my issue has not been resolved even after more than two weeks. I hope the TD management hired a people who knows what they’re doing and have a proper understanding about the job

Worst TD location. Go somewhere else. Delt with Jayden multiple time and was not helpful at all
This has been the worst customer service experience I've had at a bank. One of the managers, Vino, is consistently rude and unprofessional. It's not just my experience—I have seen her speak disrespectfully to other customers as well. Every time I visit this branch, she comes across as arrogant and dismissive. Customer service should be about treating people with respect, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I continue to use this location only because it is the closest branch to me.
