I had a wonderful experience in being assisted by Mr. Fung. He went above and beyond in resolving my issue and he ensured all changes were effected as requested. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and demonstrated superior customer service. Thank you very much.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch, by far the worst I’ve ever had at any bank. I left feeling disrespected, discriminated against based on my appearance, and not helped at all. I will never return to this location and will be filing an official complaint with TD regarding the conduct of the staff. Everything about this place has gone down hill , IT was a great place , Bank machine outside hardly works , can't axcess inside machines , that are working fine , VERY DISAPPOINTING T.D.
