Customer service good
I visited the branch on June 5th and was assisted by a teller named Zaru. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having deposited my paychecks at this bank consistently every two weeks for the past seven months without issue, I was informed today—without a clear or valid explanation—that a hold would be placed on my funds. Be careful, they checked my credit without my authorization even after I clearly stated that I didn’t wanted any inquiries as I was in the process of getting a mortgage. When I followed up with Vince about why my credit was pulled for a chequing account, no proper response was provided.
Paul, the manager, is a wonderful person who is understanding and helpful, always doing his best to assist customers in finding the right answers and services. I have had some negative experiences with other TD Bank employees, but I must commend Paul for his excellent work at this branch.
