Very friendly and helpful staff
Great hours and extra help full staff....I had visited this branch on June 24 ,2026. I was helped by Mr. Dhruv Patel. His level of knowledge ,competence and willing to go an extra mile was beyond compare. The branch close at 8 pm. He kept on working to help me and resolve all my queries well above and beyond the Canadian banking standards.I am so pleased and happy with my overall experience. Well done TD bank to hire such an outstanding employee. 5 stars.
Needs a business wicket for deposits only.
I have to address the exposure to danger this atm is putting on the vulnerable customers that use the atm at this location during after hours. While I stood in line to use the after hours atm today, I noticed an elderly fellow having a hard time with the machine. He made multiple attempts to make a transaction while holding a handful of cash. A few minutes in, he gave up and walked back to his car holding his cash. No longer has any drive thru I have to go all the way over to chemong now. Giant waste of a td bank.
