Terrible customer service 👎 **** The New branch on Lansdowne & High St in Ptbo sucks -u have to drive thru maze of parking lot to get there. No drive thru and only 1 ATM available after hours . Nov. 18, 2025 8 pm-ish - was OUT OF SERVICE. had to pay an ATM machine at the gas station $3.50 extra just to get MY OWN MONEY. ****Update ***** last 2x we have drove in to use atm and both times atm 'out of service'. This place is a rip off avoid at all cost. Excessively long menu just to talk to someone - unable to skip ahead so ha... read more

Takes 30-40 mins in line to see a teller that has no clue what they’re doing.
