Absolutely the worse bank I've ever been with will be making a switch. Had these people lose my money more than once they put no real investigation in never get my money back then when I go in for a new card they treat me like I'm the criminal.
Excellent branch and staff. This branch will be moving a block over to a brand new branch, which hopefully will include an ATM that is accessible from outside or via drive through. Due to vandalism, all TD branches with inside ATMS are only open within branch hours otherwise chemong road drive through only TD one available after hours.
Richard De Jong was kind, professional and helpful and made the banking experience very pleasant.
Called 2 times was told they would get back to us. Then left a message aswell. Still nothing. This monaghan branch service is very very bad. Terrible customer service!! Also just went to use machine at 8 am on a thursday and door is locked!!
