I switched to TD banking from CIBC because I felt like I could never get anything done in person with CIBC, I've had a generally very pleasant experience with the in-person tellers at most TDs but this branch in particular has been great at exemplifying the reasons why I made the choice to switch to banking with them in the first place. Anytime I've had any frustrations with the online or telephone platform the tellers have always been able to help me solve my problems. Note to executives! The service here is terrible, I call in too book an appointment and I get constantly cut off and couldn’t even finish what I was trying to say, instead of listening they just want to avoid the conversation.
