Just waiting in line. Big building at least 4 spots for tellers. 2 tellers operating. Only 3 people in the building atm. Whats the point of such a big building. Could you get some more tellers maybe?
On December 30th, I was served by a middle-aged woman in a headscarf at the last booth (previously the business booth). Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be quite rude. I requested to open a USD account and deposit some US dollars, but she refused, stating that the branch was too busy. She suggested I return the next day, claiming it would only take less than five minutes. The worst location due to small amount of staffing and the senior lead seem a stressed out due to high bounces of customers in line pass the entrance. Very dissatisfied and disappointing
Branch sucks, my card was taken by the ATM and the workers were no help, I may not be with TD but that is absolutely terrible service
