Atta Donkor is a wonderful Financial Advisor and has really been helping me with improving my credit. I'd give him 10/5 stars if I could. He is helpful, willing to answer all of my questions (and believe me I have a lot) and has definitely gone above and beyond to help me with my finances. I'd highly reccomend going to him and will continue to go to him in the future. I used to go to the Douglas Branch, but because of Atta i will only be going to this one! Thank you for all your help Atta! :)

Poor customer service.
Went to deposit a check, the teller said they would have to hold the whole check and could only release $100 i told here that made no sense. I went to the royal oak branch and deposited my check, and everything was available with no issues
Took grandaughter to open an account, the service we recieved from Atta D is amazing, he is very understanding, friendly, through and most excellent of a person. Makes me wanna change my account there. Definitely bring my other grandsons to see him. Even when leaving my grandaughter said, " that was fun" we laughed and she's 17. Great work, thank you
