Went to deposit a check, the teller said they would have to hold the whole check and could only release $100 i told here that made no sense. I went to the royal oak branch and deposited my check, and everything was available with no issues
Took grandaughter to open an account, the service we recieved from Atta D is amazing, he is very understanding, friendly, through and most excellent of a person. Makes me wanna change my account there. Definitely bring my other grandsons to see him. Even when leaving my grandaughter said, " that was fun" we laughed and she's 17. Great work, thank you
This Saturday morning I was served by a gentleman who had excellent customer skills. A delicate situation was handled by him in an exemplary way. Thank you my TD Canada Trust at Quadra and McKenzie.
Changed my overdraft from monthly to per use a month ago and was still charged $5 for this month Apparently, there is no record in their system? Wouldn't refund the $5 without bringing in the confirmation paper I have at home in-person Then instead of changing it to monthly, canceled the overdraft entirely. System wouldn't let it be added back Didn't even say sorry, very likely canceling all my TD products on Monday
Nitin is an excellent Financial Advisor and also he is very professional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. Lin the Manager was very nice and friendly as well. We really like coming to this branch because its very convenient and it has plenty of parking for their customers at the back. We highly recommend this Branch.
