Worst bank ever lost my bank card brought in my driver's license and my birth certificate to get a new card was declined of getting a new card. The teller told me that he needed to send a code to my phone number that I haven't had for over a year. I'm so frustrated with this bank I'm going to close all my accounts with them worst bank to deal with ever
I had the best banking customer service expereince I ever had today. I came into TD to open an account. Idris my banking assistant helped me with everything I need and made super helpful recommendations.
I like TD bank & i am with them over 8 years , although I have other bank accounts but my car loan, mortgage, credit card, my paycheque all from my TD account, but this Lethbridge downtown brunch is garbage, I wish I could give less than 1 , they screwed me up last week, I normally do go to south side brunch as that one is close to my house, but last Tuesday(jan 7) I had a meeting with a builder in downtown, so I went inside the bank to withdraw $1000 from their ATM to give it to my builder, but their machine died at the mid... read more
