DONT EVER DO BANKING WITH TD!!!! They just decided to close an emergency credit card with a paid off $22,500 limit and not tell me until after!! Now it's worthless and they refuse to reopen it, I'll have to start all over again and my card doesn't even expire until August and to add to the insult they're trying to get me to book an appointment to get a fresh card from them?! NEVER MAKING THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!! DO NOT BANK WITH BIG BANKS!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Curly haired caucasian woman was ignorant & unprofessional. Her demeanor was cold & unwilling to help with my cheque that was being held for 6 business days (a total of 9 days). It’s from NSLC not a sketchy personal cheque. When I asked for the branch manager, this teller out loud told the branch manager how much was in my account for everyone to hear. How unprofessional and a breach of my privacy.
