Had an appointment today, with financial advisor, the women’s facial expressions said it all. Did not want to help us, she was reluctant to answer our questions. We nicely asked multiple times until she Responded “ we should already know”. She didn’t explain every well why she needed information even after we asked her to tell us. I feel today’s schedule appointment was very poor customer service.

I booked a mortgage appointment since TD refuses to provide a rate over the phone while other big banks, Nesto, Pine, Wealthsimple all do. Upon arrival, there's no reception and no one to greet me, agents walked by me without lifting an eye. I tried to call the mortgage advisor, only to realize the phone call was made to the branch, it kept ringing for a good 20sec, no one bothered to pick up the phone and ask me to wait. I never heard back from the advisor. Well, the good thing is, you will never hear back from me too :D

Had a fantastic experience with this location. friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and manager, they helped me solve some issues I was having with my accounts and everything went quickly and smooth!
