Horrible wait times
Did not have a pleasant experience with this branch when I was a customer. They were not helpful when my account was compromised. Should rate them 1 star.
I don't know what's the role of those people work here,we open an account to give as proper service, if we can do it all our selves better to change Tangerine, you guys do not want order bank statements, not talk head office , everything is closed, customer go home with out nothing, this is lack of proper training or experience.
