Unfortunately, we have had our mortgage and heloc and investments through this branch for over 30 years. Through the last 10 years we have seen a revolving door of staff go through this branch. Spent countless hours dealing with staff while they stay on hold with the " back office " trying to figure out how to make an RESP withdrawal...and other basic banking tasks.
