We had a very pleasant experience at this TD branch. Both the bank teller Dee, and the manager Nirav, went above and beyond for us. Thanks to their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service we were able to close our house on time ! Thanks once again.
This has to be the worst branch I have EVER dealt with. I have to make large cheque deposits weekly. The branch I deal with depends on where my errands take me. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the Waterloo Beechwood branch than go to this branch. Numerous times, I'll come in with cheques and not only am I waiting in a 15 minute lineup but then it takes them forever to process the cheques! Today I was in there to deposit only seven cheques. Need to be more friendly and nice customer service
Took 30 minutes for a simple wire transfer, then I was told they were closing and to come back another day. Went to another bank and it was done in 5 minutes. Complete waste of time.
