Absolutely disgusted in the way my daughter was treated this morning here! How dare you question a conestoga student like that! What gives you the right to ask a student why she is using this bank instead of her home bank!! TD you should be ashamed of this branch!
TRASH! I went in to get a new bank card because I misplaced mine. I provided all the proof that the account is mine by giving them my license, student card, address, entering the correct pin and provided the code that was sent to my phone. Apparently this was NOT good enough for the teller or the guy sitting at the desk in the back. They even asked me for my passport and pink slip and must’ve scanned my license to see if it was fake 5 times. Trying to get an appointment but the agent hung up twice and when he answered the third time, he didn't greet, just asked straight away what I wanted
Recently I opened accounts who can helped me name of sowmya chowdula, excellent customer service and, she has Depth of knowledge about banking, she helped me lot, she is very good personal banking Associate.
Now I understand why this specific branch has bad reviews. I had a very poor experience. The representative, Yaseen, demonstrated unprofessional customer service skills and needs training on how to communicate with and support loyal TD customers. He was laughing during the phone call, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, the branch manager was also unable to provide any helpful assistance.
