I’ve been with TD for over 13 years. Recently, I had a poor experience with a branch manager who appeared disengaged and unprofessional over the phone. I scheduled an appointment over six weeks ago to transfer my retirement savings from Manulife to TD. The manager claimed the transfer form was sent on July 23 or 24, but later it was confirmed as August 14 via fax. I do have evidence as well.
