This is not my regular branch but I had to go in with my sister in order to deal with some estate related paperwork. I had called to confirm with the estate office the steps needed, but the teller said we were incorrect and that we should have made an appointment, contrary to the estate offices instructions. I repeatedly asked them to call the estate offices for confirmation which they REFUSED to do.
