Did not explain how holds work on saving accounts so when we went to take out money to get groceries we were told we had to wait 5-10 business days and when my girlfriend was upset the teller told her to calm down and embarrassed her. Terrible service and way to kick someone while they are down
Never again.... This bank is always a hassle, nothing simple and straight forward in this place. From the one guy who promises to call you back and never does to the new manager who can't even tell you what's going on....this place is a waste of time. Go to Dartmouth Crossings location instead of this one. They are efficient, well organized and have their affairs in order. You ll see the difference in service in just one visit. Stay away from Portland location....you ll only end up at Dartmouth Crossing anyway after you wast... read more
Bank Advisor I was dealing with was off sick. So the "acting" bank manager that day tried to pull funds out of my account but messed up the process. Did offer me a Subway Card to make up for the technical issues. However, month later still dealing with their mistake. Awful experience.
