This is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They have stolen our money. We have been trying to get our money out of the bank for weeks and they will not let us. We have been meet with excuse after excuse. We just want our money and we owe them nothing. We cannot pay our rent today because they won’t give us our money. Thanks TD you are the best
Just waited in line for 10 minutes while people were just having casual conversations to be told they’re not taking any money or giving any money out. They probably should have a sign on the door or telling the customers that have been waiting in the lineup .. not waiting for them to get to the teller to be told terrible service!! Maybe if they were more busy working than talking with each other the customers would have good service

TD gets 1 star, but Laura gets 10 stars. This company has given me multiple issues, cards not working, after 4 trips to this branch I finally got actual help, and that is all thanks to Laura. She is fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me. She is the only reason I’m still with TD, cherish her.
