I have been a member at this branch for over 20 years, and today, I was served by a gentleman named DAVID. I was paying too much for one of my accounts for overdraft protection, which I didn't need for the last 20 years or more. David switched me to PAY as you go overdraft protection. Thank you, David! That's what I call a teller: taking care of the customer. Bravo to the branch manager for having David under her wing!
The experience at this branch was good. The guy who deal with me, I guess David was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. After visiting several braches, I was able to get my issue solved and thanks to this man.
They need to clear snow and ice from walkway .....
Great experience here as always. Every time I go in I am greeted so warmly and my money is accepted right away, and I am not treated like a criminal. Unfortunately the Joseph Howe location with Haleigh the branch manager never accepts my money (this time on Christmas Eve) and is very unprofessional. This genuinely seems like a personal vendetta she has against me and I am sure she has made other valued clients feel like this as well.
