I tried this branch few times every time slower When you finished with the client let them go no needs chit chatting, see poor people lined up
I have been a client of TD Bank since 2006. I started my business with them, which has since grown into a multi-million dollar manufacturing company. A few years ago—prior to the pandemic—I would have confidently said that this branch offered the best customer service in the GTA. The front-line staff were courteous, prompt, and reliable. The worst service ever. Stay clear.
Staffs work ok but not as considerable for clients as other branches I visited for many years
Try to help my dad make a deposit today. Something went wrong with his debit card, Pin failure. Teller deposit money without the right pin,(not very professional ) ask me to re-enter the pin, tell me that my dad card is locked. Manger came out and try to help us. No complain on her, Manger was very professional and kind, big thumb up for her, and she could not reset without 2 pieces of ID.
