Staffs work ok but not as considerable for clients as other branches I visited for many years
Try to help my dad make a deposit today. Something went wrong with his debit card, Pin failure. Teller deposit money without the right pin,(not very professional ) ask me to re-enter the pin, tell me that my dad card is locked. Manger came out and try to help us. No complain on her, Manger was very professional and kind, big thumb up for her, and she could not reset without 2 pieces of ID. These one star reviews are tripping. I’ve been here a handful of times and service has always been excellent. They have shown great patience and have resolved my issues in a timely manner. Tbh the 1 star reviews are probably just tough customers 🤷
