Ashwini Mapa was really unprofessional and rude though I was being polite to her, she lied that her laptop doesn't work but it was working right I was out the door. Pathetic service from her and did not expect a big bank like TD hires incompetent employees who are not serious about their job.. I'd give minus 0 but the system doesn't allow me id rather never see her again in the branch.. Such an unfriendly and rude employee for a Customer service job.. She sucks
This isnt a very good TD branch.just keep it short and simple before i vent my frustrations dealing here. If you are looking for assistance and solutions to your financial mattera, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. There is always always always a long line for tellers service. Manik is the best helper... he helped me apply for my credit card.... very well know abou his work and very easing going person and make you understand everything for your knowledge 5stars for him
