I recently visited this branch just to withdraw a small amount of money, and I was surprised by the amazing service I received. Shahzad was very kind, friendly, and professional. What impressed me the most was that he noticed I could benefit from a higher credit card limit, even without me asking, he offered to help and took care of it right away. i came into this branch with my grandma on monday july 28 and we got the best service. our teller helay was exceptional, accommodating and helpful. she made sure my grandma was very comfortable and did everything thoroughly. even after a bit of a line up the wait was worth it. hire more people like this td!
Ashwini Mapa was really unprofessional and rude though I was being polite to her, she lied that her laptop doesn't work but it was working right I was out the door. Pathetic service from her and did not expect a big bank like TD hires incompetent employees who are not serious about their job.. I'd give minus 0 but the system doesn't allow me id rather never see her again in the branch.. Such an unfriendly and rude employee for a Customer service job.. She sucks
