Bad management
I had an awesome experience at TD Bank thanks to Diana. She took the time to carefully explain a confusing transaction and made sure I fully understood everything before leaving. Even though the line was long, it was absolutely worth the wait, most people just try to rush you through, but she genuinely cared about helping. Really appreciate her patience and professionalism!
This branch is in very bad condition. 25 people are standing in line and only two officers are working.It's always too late to get here.
