Couldn't believe a bank branch can have unprofessional people working for them. Security guard just on his phone not offer to assist in any way. Had an appointment for 10am. No one attended to us even after telling people who we were there to see. Financial adviser didn't bother seeing us or updating when we can be seen. Decided to leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Why would I trust my money with an institution who doesn't even value thier customer's time.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. The staff were unprofessional and don't know what to do and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I wasted three days going back and forth, but nothing was resolved. This caused a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary loss of time. In addition, the documents that were prepared contained incorrect information, which is very concerning. I expected much better service and professionalism.
