Terribly looooong wait just to get my replacement card!
The workers here are very friendly and helpful. My man Jared Garcia just helped me to pay my university tuition. Jared was an approachable and great problem-solver that did the transfer in no-time. Personally I would highly recommend this branch.
This TD Lepsly branch is consistently overcrowded with extremely long wait times. The lineups are always long, and unfortunately, the staff work very slowly. It feels like there’s no urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I’ve had to wait far too long, even for simple transactions. TD really needs to improve service efficiency at this location—either by increasing staff or improving their workflow. Disappointed with the lack of consideration for customers’ time.
Not a fan of this location but I am sad because I have no choice because there is no other location near the area. I don't want to go to STC and take an hour parking there. I don't want to go all the way to Kennedy and hwy 401 either. This is the only one of the few locations in the area and it's terrible. This is because they had very ridiculous long wait times for in person help. Don’t come to this back during lunch hours. Always a line out the door!!! Long wait times for a teller.
