very very slow only one person working during peak hour.
Fire the branch manager at this location. In what world does it make sense to have only 2 tellers open with 15 people waiting in line. There is no time limit on how long customers take, so they stand there asking question after question for 20 minutes! Hire enough staff to attend all counters instead of just having 2 open. This is the case every time! No respect for customers time here. Get a new branch manager who knows what they are doing. He's not even in his office or anywhere to be found during business hours.
The worst branch I have ever been. Always lined up with at least 10 people. Not sure why.
