Not a fan of this location but I am sad because I have no choice because there is no other location near the area. I don't want to go to STC and take an hour parking there. I don't want to go all the way to Kennedy and hwy 401 either. This is the only one of the few locations in the area and it's terrible. This is because they had very ridiculous long wait times for in person help. Don’t come to this back during lunch hours. Always a line out the door!!! Long wait times for a teller.
I always try not to come to this branch as the lines are usually long and the service is slow and they don’t have enough tellers working to make up for the wait so that it will go faster. If you come here plan to be in line for atleast an hour before u are helped. The tellers are slow and they tend to just talk a lot with coworkers.
The absolute worst TD
One of the worst TD branches always short staffed. The line up is always so ridiculous. Bad management. Friday afternoon line goes through the door and only 2 tellers. This is not acceptable.
