Waiting in line for 45 minutes because there’s only two tellers on a Saturday morning is insane. And allowing “regulars” to just skip the line is even more insane.
After so many years went this branch in person, it’s so frustrating waited on the line about an hour, management should take care about this kind of poor service
No comments. Staff and management need lot of training.
There’s always the same homeless person inside asking for money BESIDE you while you do your banking at the ATMs. Makes banking feel unsafe and uncomfortable at this location. Needs to be dealt with.
