Pathetic. Not even follow their open hours.
Why do not say the back it's temporarily closed, I have been doing for two days and not one notice has the door.
Very slow , employees counter either vacant or going so slow
Waiting in line for 45 minutes because there’s only two tellers on a Saturday morning is insane. And allowing “regulars” to just skip the line is even more insane.
After so many years went this branch in person, it’s so frustrating waited on the line about an hour, management should take care about this kind of poor service
