I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. I arrived at 5:20 PM to access my safety deposit box because I urgently needed an important document. Before getting in line, I asked an associate where to go, and I was told to wait in the teller line. After waiting for nearly an hour, it was finally my turn at 6:11 PM. Full of customers no agents to help.
Long lines, 1 teller, deserted, waste of space
Always disappointing whenever we come to this location. More than an hour in line we stayed for our turn. Ridiculous!! No wonder why this location has 2 star, if there is -0 star I would give that. They need to trained people well. Otherwise everyone will be leaving TD and go to other banks
