I lost my TD bank card. I deduced to visit a CIBC today to open a new account for convenience, as their location is closer and I regularly need cash withdrawals. Unfortunately, as a new customer, I was left waiting over 15 minutes with minimal communication, despite arriving right at their opening time. Today at around 5pm my daughter and I went to Squamish TD Bank, and the young lady working there was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I think her name was Katia. We had gone to other banks to ask for help with this and none had known the solution until today at TD. She really took the time to look into our account and help us. 10/10 service, thank you, Katia and TD!

Lynn Macdonald is the worst person to deal with at this branch. She always made my experience horrible. She behaved super rude with me whenever I have to deal with her, but I ignored every time. But it's not acceptable always. I have 2 businesses with TD and been their clients for few years, instead of being nice atleast she can control her emotions. I go to the bank every week and everytime before going I think that I hope I don't have to deal with that lady. If TD wants to retain their clients they better start considering... read more
