Just went to the branch yesterday and today.Everyone is pretty helpful to get my card replaced after the fraud. The 2 most wonderful staff that I remember is first one here name is Yolanda. She is the Manager role on the branch both yesterday and today. She is very outgoing. Professional. Hardworking and she also have a wonderful smile when she’s helping me. Went to this bank to take out US currency. The teller I dealt with was quite nice until I told him I needed to take out some currency for the States. Now I understand people have their feelings about the US right now but that gives no one the right to be rude to a customer. He got quite rude to my fiancé and I as soon as I made my request for the money I needed. As he brought my money over to be counted he acted as if it was a chore to count the amount out to me. Staff there treats you like a criminal to use your account.
I visited at this branch and manager was rude with me. She told me I can’t do anything and I have to go back to Mississauga. Then I visited at 15 king street west, Waterloo branch, manager over there resolves my issue and she was so helpful.
