45 minutes to deposit a bank draft… and they tell you it will be put on hold walk into a bank with decades of history no issues, multiple bank accounts and they treat you like a homeless person, asking the dumbest questions Can’t bring cash .. it’s a problem Can’t bring cheques, drafts, .. it’s a problem
The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was observing the branch manager while I was there, and whenever staff asked for her assistance with a client case, she was extremely disrespectful and condescending towards them and clients as well. Not a pleasant person to work/deal with, she should be coached on professionalism and teamwork. Bank tellers, with confidence, providing false information on basic banking processes
Eager representatives, young and motivated. Not the most experienced, but they make it up with smart and targeted solutions that made me happy. You are able to talk with them, they are understanding and flexible. Very well done, up to standard with Swiss retail banking. Also the tellers were very alert and accommodating, never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Thank you Balpreet and Loresa, all the best!
Just went to the branch yesterday and today.Everyone is pretty helpful to get my card replaced after the fraud. The 2 most wonderful staff that I remember is first one here name is Yolanda. She is the Manager role on the branch both yesterday and today. She is very outgoing. Professional. Hardworking and she also have a wonderful smile when she’s helping me.
