TD bank is operating in the dark ages - for folks like me who expect to be able to do everything online, td bank is not a viable option Their identity verification system for phone calls is absurd - I don't understand why they're making customers take selfies rather than using TransUnion or Equifax's verification system like other banks do
I had an appointment and i came in and they took me in so i could make an account but they didnt tell me what to bring as id so i brought my health cards and they dont take that so they wasted my time cuz they didnt tell me what to bring. But my friend took his kid and used his health card so why dont they take health card .
