Absolutely awful experience at this branch today — easily the worst customer service I’ve encountered. For over a year, I’ve been coming in monthly to deposit the exact same U.S. cheque. Mike was really nice at the front desk. He helped clarify things for me when I wanted to open an account for my business. He also gave my daughter stickers :)
Been banking here for a long time, Just met Danielle and not only was she kind and helpful but she helped me figure out what was the best plan on action for my situation. She was absolutely wonderful and had the most beautiful personality
This is the worst TD I have ever been to. On person a head of me and have had to wait 30 mins and I'm still waiting.
