ATMs not working and there's only 2 tellers so expect to stand and wait for a long time.
My access card stopped working, and when I called they said I need to get a new one. When I arrived here, they said that's not necessary and did something else. The card still didn't work and I had to go in a second time pushing them to get it replaced. The staff were friendly enough, but it was an inconvenience to have to go in twice to fix this.
Worst customer service ever ... Will not recommend this branch at all.. employees here don't know how banking is done.. every employee have different information which does not match,, Waste of time . Above all icing on the cake Worst worst manager - Leanne Charters
Well, at least they have an ATM on the outside of the building, unlike the clueless Preston Branch. They restrict access to their costumer's funds. Update. Thats seems to be the problem at TD these days, "Kori", too many talkers, not enough action.
