Terrible staff behavior ever. First, I came in to ask for an appointment with a young South Asian female staff member sitting in the left chair (around 5:30pm, December 1st). While conversation, she did not even look me in the eye when talking, and sometimes stared at me as if she did not welcome me at all. I feel like she wants me to go away quickly. And here is the interesting part, when I'm choosing the schedule to visit, she always presses "don't be late, OK!!", which sounds really unprofessional and rude, literally. I w... read more
TD Pioneer park ,This department is extremely bad. The employees, especially the female staff, including the branch manager, show no respect for customers. Do they think the bank is their private property? I will not return to this branch and I am considering changing my account to another bank.
