Both branches north bay. With such high monthly service rates you would think it would be easier to use an atm to takeout cash, but no, they lock their doors. I’m assuming because of the homeless population. I’ve been to bigger cities with bigger problems and I can still use atms in branch. Either get more TD atms in town put more on the outside of the banks or start paying the $3.50 in service charges I acquire at other atms. Every time I come here it's lined up. And barely anyone working. Usually atleast 10-15 min wait. Terrible service
I wanted to just have a conversation about their investment products. They don't do telephone appointments. I have to take time off work or try get an evening appointment and travel to the bank. CIBC did a phone appointment no issues.
All they do is talk, laughing. Personal conversations, manager is useless. While we wait inline 20 to 30 mins maybe longer for some people. It's ridiculous.
SLOW SLOW SLOW. Every single time. You cannot get out in under 45min-1hour for ANYTHING…. even the smallest thing. Go elsewhere. They should be embarrassed.
