What's the point of having ATMs when you can't get to them because the doors are locked. This branch continues to severely disappoint.
I have been going to this location for years. Colleen (at the front desk) has been very patient and helpful when it comes to my many questions. Highly recommend.

I would give the service this time a zero star if I could. I was just inquiring about the possible bank statement print-out as it has been done for the past few years, and with other banks too. The guy said they have none of this service. When I raised the question about things being done in the past, he was like if you are going to argue with me then stop talking. Edit: I am getting responses from them. Issue is rectified. Unfortunately very poor service, lots of delays and very little updates on a routine credit application for moving expenses. Will bank somewhere else next time because this should not take this long to process such a small loan.
