Crazy , bank employee not know their own policy, they keep me running between two bank. The way manager respond to customers omg crazy. She was yelling on me instead of happily explaining what things work. And another manager helps me out about policy.
Disappointed with TD’s Commercial Mortgage Service I had an appointment at the TD branch in Laurentian, where the agent informed me she had no knowledge of commercial mortgages and referred me to Tammy McConnell. Would like to speak to a person. Automation is not what we need.
Went into the branch on my day off. Tried to get a phone appointment to discuss their investment products. Just a conversation. The lady says I have to come in-Person. Take time off work and travel to them. I went and got a CIBC phone appointment no problem. Thanks CIBC
