Would like to speak to a person. Automation is not what we need.
Went into the branch on my day off. Tried to get a phone appointment to discuss their investment products. Just a conversation. The lady says I have to come in-Person. Take time off work and travel to them. I went and got a CIBC phone appointment no problem. Thanks CIBC
Lisette provided excellent service for my 93 yr old father. She was patient with him and got his client card issue resolved. We had gone to the Laurentian Branch and they could not resolve the issue.
