I'm so fed up with td, I had a guy fraudulently put checks into my account , I didn't cash them, I thought maybe if they knew the account they were coming from and I had all the messages they could do something about it. Instead I still can't deposit into my account and it's been over 3 years. Only one other problem in 20 years. Which was a deposit I called five minutes after and resolved the next day. . . Seriously considering switching banks. ATMs are either almost always broken or not “open” during off hours. Wild that I cannot withdraw cash from my account on a Sunday afternoon. Yet our fees just increased!
Crazy , bank employee not know their own policy, they keep me running between two bank. The way manager respond to customers omg crazy. She was yelling on me instead of happily explaining what things work. And another manager helps me out about policy.
Disappointed with TD’s Commercial Mortgage Service I had an appointment at the TD branch in Laurentian, where the agent informed me she had no knowledge of commercial mortgages and referred me to Tammy McConnell.
