The new employees, including the branch manager, always appear to be on a learning curve. I've decided to return to my previous branch on Davis Drive, where the staff is more experienced, professional, and friendly.

Throughout my extensive history with banking institutions, TD has undeniably stood out as one of the most disappointing and frustrating ones I've ever dealt with. Despite my loyalty and enduring relationship with them, the service provided at this specific branch has been nothing short of absolutely horrible, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. Horrible staff, horrible location.
