Nice, clean area. Came here to withdraw some cash from the atm, which I believe is 24/7 which is great
Came here in desperate need for help as I am a joint account holder with my step father who has Alzheimer's. They wouldn't help identify an unknown transaction due to their privacy policy and they wouldn't offer any solutions, very disappointed, as the population ages this will become a bigger problem and they have no systems in place to address it

Horrible experience withdrawing just over $5K from my account, which I later found out from TD customer service I could have easily done by simply increasing my withdrawal limit/day in the app. The manager and teller clearly need basic training on how to handle customers who trust the institution they work for with their money. They were extremely intrusive, repeatedly asking if I was okay and not being scammed.
