I started my transaction at 1:45 ended 2:09 the transaction was not completed. Drove to the next branch completed in 3 minutes. The thick glasses manager on duty's first question was "did this person have their access card" meanwhile I'm standing there having almost completed the transaction all we need is a manager's override. For the next 5 minutes she asked me seven times with the same answer the money came out of my savings account. A in-person appointment was refused. We were told this was not possible! So business banking specialist, A. Dey, was arranged to have a telephone appointment instead. Mr. Dey refused to allow an advocate of the client to assist the client. He said that use of speaker phone was not allowed and advocate could not participate in any way. So the client was not able to conduct his business as TD Bank requires by telephone. This policy is UNACCEPTABLE AND IGNORANT treatment of a disabled person!!!!
