Susan was very unhelpful I don’t think that she has all the right skills to be a manager I have never saw a manager like her before in my 10 years of being a customer. I wanted to make online banking account and I had everything needed but she was making a hard time and making me make an appointment and wasting so much time which was unprofessional and inconvenient.
Susan Palumbo doesnt deserve to be a manager of customer service i wanted to make an online banking account for my son and i had all the documents but she made a hard time saying that it was against policy. I went to another branch and they helped me make the account with the documents i had.
I had a very good experience like always at this TD Aurora Branch. Susan helped me via phone. Jeremy was the one I saw in-person. Another lady was the one that did most of the work dealing with TD Bank US AMC. My Zelle profile on the US side got frozen due to a reset the previous day when I was on the phone. US side TD Bank removed the block but to re-add my external bank link to TD Bank I had to prove account ownership. Quite surprising to see the average reviews here as I've been banking at this location for 12 years & not once did I ever have any issue or problem arise. The employees & managers have always been friendly, professional & even went out of their way to help me resolve my debit card theft with ease & reimbursement. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient bank branch with no nonsense.
