I'm SHOCKED to see this location is not rated higher here on Google. Everyone working there is so wonderful. I use to go there twice weekly for my job and I still go at least monthly for myself. Manager is wonderful and all the staff is so quick and kind. Even if I move to a new town I feel like I would absolutely come back to this location for all my needs. Thanks team for being so great to not only me, but everyone I see you guys deal with!
I used to have a great experience with the TD branch in Aurora, but recently, their service has become terrible. It’s been three days since my credit card arrived at the branch, but they still can’t find it. I’ve been put on hold for long periods, and I eventually had to order a new card, which means another 7 to 10 days of waiting. My payments are now delayed, and I’m facing penalties. Update Jan 24 , 2025: Well things have not improved (actually worse) at this branch. I stood in line for 20-30 minutes while there was hardly any customers in the branch. The manager/supervisor sat on her rear and did not offer to serve me, other employees standing in office doorways chewing the fat with colleagues.
