Update April 30 2026: This branch continues to set new lows! 15 people wait to be served and all the offices are full of staff just sitting there ( no customers). Does TD any management? Update Jan 24 , 2025: Well things have not improved (actually worse) at this branch. I stood in line for 20-30 minutes while there was hardly any customers in the branch. TD is the most incompetent organization that I've dealt with in the past decade. Every area is dysfunctional beyond belief - app/website, claims process, policies, and customer service to name a few. Run away from anything with "TD" in the brand.
No one knows manners or common curiosity
My wife and I visited the branch last week after updating our wills to ensure our accounts and investments were good (up to date). We found Georgia West (Investment Consultant/Senior Personal Banker) attentive, knowledgeable and personable making our banking experience pleasant. THANK YOU....
I started my transaction at 1:45 ended 2:09 the transaction was not completed. Drove to the next branch completed in 3 minutes. The thick glasses manager on duty's first question was "did this person have their access card" meanwhile I'm standing there having almost completed the transaction all we need is a manager's override. For the next 5 minutes she asked me seven times with the same answer the money came out of my savings account.
