All r very rude and that is a really bad store. I will never go to there after this time. The line is very long and its just 2 people working idk what r they doing there==

I was there this morning for a bank draft. The situation turned out to be a little bit complicated than expected. Lisa helped me so much by going extra and beyond. (On the contrast, the other bank's staff is not as caring and ready to help) Really appreciate her wonderful job done to meet customer's needs. Thank you very much Lisa!
I’m disappointed with the level of customer service at this TD branch. The wait time was unusually long, and it wasn’t due to a rush of customers. Two customer service representatives were visibly engaged in a personal conversation for over five minutes while several customers, including myself, waited in line. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope TD takes steps to improve service efficiency and staff attentiveness.
Had a great experience getting my mortgage with Reany. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through each step and made the process of getting my first mortgage very easy. She also followed up consistently and kept us updated at every stage, ultimately securing the rate we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend her if you have any mortgage needs.
