Worst experience ever! There was a long lineup, and only one clerk was working to serve everyone. Another staff member, who seemed to be a manager, was busy with paperwork and completely ignored the growing line. It was very frustrating to see no effort made to help customers or speed things up. This branch needs to seriously improve its staffing and customer service.

I put out a one-star review because of an issue that happened but I will say I called to speak to the branch manager and she was absolutely amazing I really appreciate her efforts to resolve this issue so I will up my rating.
The drive-thru ATM Never works for cash deposits. I’ve tried so many times, and it always gives an error not accepting cash I end up wasting time and then have to go inside and wait in line for 15+ minutes. There are always 2 employees helping just one customer, and everyone else has to wait. Every time I tell them the drive-thru ATM isn’t working, they just say “we’ll look into it”. Then a few days later, I go back and it’s still the same not working. At least put up a sign when it’s down so people don’t waste time waiting ... read more
