I deposited a cheque from TD account, the teller was polite and helpful, but manger not ! I appreciated her two time but it looks she was not hearing me or ignoring! I belive branch manger should be trained to behavior respectfully!
Awesome staff and shift managers - knowledgeable and pleasant
Unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences today at this TD branch. When I arrived, it appeared that only one teller was available while other staff members were absent. After a while, even that teller left the counter, and customers were left standing and waiting for approximately 10 minutes without any service. Meanwhile, the lineup continued to grow, and many customers were visibly frustrated by the lack of assistance.
