Excellent experience, I was greeted kindly by a bank representative, I had a consultation with Samson Lo and I was extremely satisfied with the help he provided.
I have been dealing with this branch for over two years and have always had a great experience until my recent visit. I regularly do wire transfers and was always provided a wire transfer form while waiting in line. This time, despite a long queue, a clerk named Sheru refused to provide the form and responded with a very poor attitude.
