I would give this bank a zero if I could. I have to go here daily for work and there is never ever enough staff. A Simple deposit takes me minimum 30-40 min at this place. Today I am waiting behind someone who dumped their entire piggy bank out on the counter for the teller to roll and count. When there is a line out the door -literally -shouldn't they be handing them rollers and telling them to roll themselves ? The advisor (Prateek Sharma) explained each and everything clearly from account opening to online banking and saving annual fees on the credit card. i can’t say enough good things about my experience at this bank. i am switching my main bank from rbc to here. i was getting charged when i did e-transfers and the people at rbc couldn’t even explain what was going on and they NEVER told me that i could waive my annual fees on my credit card but here i got all my answers. Never had my call returned or emails after appointment. Completely ghosted. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. After my initial meeting with an advisor(Prateek), I did not hear back. I followed up with a voicemail requesting a call back, but instead received a brief email in which my name was even misspelled. I’d give zero if I could, their financial “advisor”‘s only advise to me when seeking credit help was a credit card with higher fees and ‘get a better job’ when I make fantastic money for my age (22). Another advisor in person made my mom openly sob in his office. Extremely poor service and beyond condescending to anyone asking for help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
