Never had my call returned or emails after appointment. Completely ghosted. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. After my initial meeting with an advisor(Prateek), I did not hear back. I followed up with a voicemail requesting a call back, but instead received a brief email in which my name was even misspelled. I’d give zero if I could, their financial “advisor”‘s only advise to me when seeking credit help was a credit card with higher fees and ‘get a better job’ when I make fantastic money for my age (22). Another advisor in person made my mom openly sob in his office. Extremely poor service and beyond condescending to anyone asking for help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I originally was being help by Aidan at the branch to transfer an RESP from a different bank to TD which took almost one whole year. I kept calling wealthsimple to check if they received the transfer request and they never did. TD would blatantly lie to me that the request was sent multiple times when it actually never was.
