Do not trust the advisors, they don't really understand all the products and they do not have your best interest in mind. I found out the hard way as I'm out nearly $10,000. When it counted TD has failed miserably.

The staff at the TD Bank Weston & Rutherford branch are clearly not trained properly. My mother went in for a replacement debit card because hers was cracked, locked, and no longer tapping. Instead of helping her, the teller (Marco) told her to call customer support. She called the number he gave her, but after waiting too long, she used the TD app “Contact Us” option, which connected her much faster.
