Kudos to this branch for helping me resolve the fraud issue on my account. The customer service associate and his manager were both helpful and took their time to assist in resolving the issue that I had.
Every interaction is different but i find this branch effecient. Hardly any line ups. Mpst recently i had thw pleasure of meeting with Daniel P, very mature, professional individual. We had everything done in a verly timely manner. I see some bad reviews, give each other a break, these employees are human too.
Last night was to use the ATM, but the door was locked and we were unable to get in and use the machine.
Review based strictly on the green machines - they are ALWAYS broken at this location. It's been over a month now and still the machines are not fixed. One completely broken. The other never accepts cash deposits. Remove them if the branch never intends to replace or repair them.
I strongly advise not to have Daniel Pincente look after ones Mortgage, or and other Financial business. Our Mortgage was up for renewal, Daniel called us in to early, giving us bad advise and convincing us to Lock in at a bad rate. He is very in experienced. We are very unhappy clients.
