The staff at the TD Bank Weston & Rutherford branch are clearly not trained properly. My mother went in for a replacement debit card because hers was cracked, locked, and no longer tapping. Instead of helping her, the teller (Marco) told her to call customer support. She called the number he gave her, but after waiting too long, she used the TD app “Contact Us” option, which connected her much faster. This branch is just exhausting. Some staff act like they’re in high school together. Go to the one at Major Mac and Weston.
We had an appointment today 11/15/2025 at this branch with Vanessa and she is so rude omg I can’t believe that a person like her is working at this bank or just any bank! I will only say this to conclude it , banks need us not the other way around!!
