I was in the td bank at wasaga beach on Feb 26 to get some change i told the one behind the counter I wanted some loonies and quarters she told I had to put my card in the machine I did that I then gave you the bills and told her what I want she then asked me what do you need it for I just looked at her she was very rude
Not gunna lie ... It deserves that one star
Quite honestly the worst customer service ive ever recieved. Was in this branch today with my husband and the lady that dealt with us spoke to us as if we dont have the mental capacity to understand what she said so she felt the need to repeat herself. Then when I was speaking she kept saying "ok ok ok" as if she wanted me to stip speaking, I didnt catch her name but will be sure to next time. Some people shouldn't work in customer service and she's one of them!
