Not gunna lie ... It deserves that one star
Quite honestly the worst customer service ive ever recieved. Was in this branch today with my husband and the lady that dealt with us spoke to us as if we dont have the mental capacity to understand what she said so she felt the need to repeat herself. Then when I was speaking she kept saying "ok ok ok" as if she wanted me to stip speaking, I didnt catch her name but will be sure to next time. Some people shouldn't work in customer service and she's one of them!
This bank closes off access to the atms inside the doors after closing hours.. completely defeating the purpose of their existance. Absolutely incredible..
This past weekend, drive through ATM was not working and front door locked, preventing accessibility to the ATM inside bank.
