I’ve been with TD for over four years. I called and left message for an appointment for line of credit. No one called me back. I called back again to set up an appointment with Joey and John which they wanted my Notice of Assessment. I emailed my information and waited. No response. I called for a manager to call me. No response. I filed a complaint with escalation department to look into the branch because a lot has been happening. I finally closed all three of my accounts. No regrets.
