My own fault for repeatedly coming to this bank. I would comfortably say this is the slowest TD in all of Canada. Have pulled investments and will look to switch banks in the future for day to day banking.
Hate this bank no good customer service always line up in teller .they don’t know how to talk to customer if customer is impatient they should know in customer service we need to find the solution instead of getting angry to the customer. I hope they should understand this .
I am with TD for over 22 years and I found staff very friendly, cooperative and professional. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff nowadays , their approach is NOT PROFESSIONAL. The staff or their trainers lack the touch of common sense. As part of banker’s family, I suggest refreshment courses for the TD administrators as any TD branch member unprofessional attitude is the lack of appropriate training.
The ATM situation needs to get figured out. Went to deposit money to pay my rent and bills and depositing was unavailable....Also, the place got robbed not too long ago and they hired security...the guard that was like 5' tall and 120lbs max. Might as well just have nobody at that point.
So I went into their new Banking Machine. I put it almost $500. They did not accept my 500.00, but they kept it and kept my bank card. And it made me go to the teller. This was a Saturday, and they said they could have it by Monday. I called on Tuesday, and they said it would not be for another 7 days after this Tuesday. So it is like two real weeks, not business weeks. Don't use their new machines they are terrible, and they screw you for 2 weeks with whatever money you put in that machine.
