This branch treated me poorly for race related reasons and I did nothing to deserve this. I was simply trying to deposit a cheque I received that clearly had my legal name. First the staff asked me several invasive questions that I answered and then told me they wouldn’t cash or deposit my cheque and that I could go to the bank down the street. I feel completely disrespected and not safe to do banking here. They told me I could escalate it if I had a “problem with their policy”. No policy was any where to prove their claims.... read more
