Mangment is bias and prejudice. They knowingly and intentionally helped someone take funds beyond what they might have been owed for a secondary person and an account. Then they proceeded to close it without notifying the primary account holder. This resulted in loss of funds for the primary account holder as well as not receiving their paycheck. Worst branch in the city, do not recommend.
Opened a new chequing account, our first Canadian account, online and made an appt for identity verification in person. Ziggy was patient and professional. We had (3) rowdy young kids and two and Ziggy did everything possible to make us comfortable. He helped us add my wife to the account and helped us both apply for our first Canadian credit cards. He went above and beyond finished everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
A terrible bank made an appointment with me, I came, no one cared, sat for 20 minutes, the employees didn’t care at all.
