The worst branch ever. The supervisor was super rude when I went into the branch to ask them about an error made by the branch with one of my deposits this week. She was abrupt and treated me like I am there inconvenient them. I am going to close all my bank account with TD after today’s experience because I can’t trust them with my money.
This is my fifth year in Canada and fourth bank I am working with and so far this is the best bank experience I’ve had! My family and I had such a pleasure working with a younger gentleman Adil this week. He helped us a lot with opening an investment account and transferring funds from another bank. Overall, every staff is very nice, the atmosphere is awesome, good music, nice interior, helpful information and advice and good investment rates I’m considering transferring my business to TD now.
25 years I have been with this branch the last time I was in there I was treated like absolute garbage The "acting manager" discriminated against me I am most likely going to file a formal complaint in Toronto I also need to consider changing branches or even institutions
