I went to this branch early in the morning for a few inquiries, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The front-desk receptionist looked completely unprepared to assist customers — very sluggish, distracted, and not focused on what I was asking. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and simple questions were answered with attitude or confusion.
