This branch seems to be the worst. Lacks professionalism, Branch Manager is always "busy" and no one there seems to care about their clients financial needs. Time to look for another bank, I think.
Really upset how they’re 18 minutes and counting late to an appointment we made.

I have been a TD customer for almost 3 decades. This year will likely be my last. The fact they are not allowed to decorate for Christmas out of the fear of “offending” someone is so messed up….
