I went to this branch early in the morning for a few inquiries, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The front-desk receptionist looked completely unprepared to assist customers — very sluggish, distracted, and not focused on what I was asking. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and simple questions were answered with attitude or confusion. Destiny loves banking here.
This branch seems to be the worst. Lacks professionalism, Branch Manager is always "busy" and no one there seems to care about their clients financial needs. Time to look for another bank, I think.
Really upset how they’re 18 minutes and counting late to an appointment we made.
