This bank's service is terrible. Today, I went to withdraw money, and the teller said they had no money. I asked why, and she impatiently told me to call and make an appointment. So I asked the bank manager, who said they had $20. The manager was very nice and said they had $20. I said no problem, thank you, and the teller immediately said they had the money. Rude condescending staff.
What a joke!
TD Bank is not suitable for this business model. The management staff is constantly changing, and everyone has a different work style, which will only make it more difficult to do business. The friendly staff are no longer there.
