Poor products and service.
I opened my account online and with this bank because it is right next to my job. I created the account, everything was fine and I waited for my debit card. Before I switched my direct deposit I wanted to go in to make sure my account was fine. I had a work ID and the lady told me she couldn’t use it to verify me. Cool, but then I asked her about opening my account online and if it would be flagged for any reason. She told me no everything should be ok. This bank's service is terrible. Today, I went to withdraw money, and the teller said they had no money. I asked why, and she impatiently told me to call and make an appointment. So I asked the bank manager, who said they had $20. The manager was very nice and said they had $20. I said no problem, thank you, and the teller immediately said they had the money.
