The staff is wonderful. I stopped going in person, because the cops went in every single time, I went into this bank and asked too many silly questions about me. I am elderly senior, in a wheelchair have no felony or criminal history.
Customer service is abysmal... I have been following up for 6+ months now to resolve an interest issue. This is not a serious bank. Update: this "bank" is a scam. They DO NOT train their staff. So, the staff give wrong information, and the bank does not take any responsibility. It is all the customer's problem. They DO NOT pay the interest rates they advertise. Instead, they delay, delay, delay... So when I have a fee to pay, they deduct it in 2 minutes. When they have interest to pay it takes 7+ months, really and still no ... read more
TD bank is the worst Banking service I have ever seen in my life. I run the business in the navyyard and I went to the the navyyard location td bank and I asked $100 change quarter they said no. This bank is bad and their employees are worst. I am glad I don't open account with them. Stay away from this if possible. This is not a flexible bank.. I am gonna let my co-workers and friend close the account in this bank.
