TD bank is the worst Banking service I have ever seen in my life. I run the business in the navyyard and I went to the the navyyard location td bank and I asked $100 change quarter they said no. This bank is bad and their employees are worst. I am glad I don't open account with them. Stay away from this if possible. This is not a flexible bank.. I am gonna let my co-workers and friend close the account in this bank.

Customer service is abysmal... I have been following up for 6+ months now to resolve an interest issue. This is not a serious bank. Update: this "bank" is a scam. They DO NOT pay the interest rates they advertise. Instead, they delay, delay, delay... So when I have a fee to pay, they deduct it in 2 minutes. When they have interest to pay it takes 7+ months, really and still no solution??? If I only had $1 for every "I'll call you back". NEWS FLASH: They don't call you back, EVER. disappointed. I was looking for a notary. I called multiple times over 5 days to see if this location had a notary. None of my phone calls were answered. Eventually I went to the branch in person and found out that they didn't have a notary. I'm fine with that. What frustrates me was that it was impossible to speak with anyone by phone to find out if they had the service I was seeking and so I wasted an hour going there in person.
