Esta sede del TD. Bank es visitada por mi con frecuencia. Su staff se destaca por su esmerada atención y la prioridad que le brindan a ayudar a los clientes en la búsqueda de soluciones a sus solicitudes. Recientemente he asistido a la apertura de una nueva cuenta y fui maravillosamente tratado por Lianet Plana, me dedicó todo el tiempo necesario y me hizo las propuestas pertinentes para que tomara la mejor decisión en todo momento. Incredibly ill-informed (or blatantly lying) personal banking advisor Bianca, along with the rest of the unprofessional and borderline incompetent staff, has wasted us 5 days, 2 personal visits to the branch, and numerous phone calls trying to chase after her, which at the end of the day did not even result in a resolution of our problem. Would strongly suggest to bank with a different provider

I came all the way from Hialeah to this TD bank. There is a great service from Jose and Yenny. The whole team is great as well but they just level it up. I have always had a great experiences here and a lot of help.
