TD by far is the absolute worst bank I have ever worked with. Numerous technical issues on their website and app, unable to reach anyone for customer service, phones hanging up on me, monthly or transactional fees, poor percentages of return. Worst bank I have ever experienced. Do not bank here. Wish I never opened an account. There are so many better options nowadays. Look into high yield savings accounts and no fee checking where your money can actually grow.
How do get here in enough time to set up a new account the last time I was in there 45 minutes or less the lady gave me a account but this time I come in 50 minutes before they close and you guys tell me I have to set up appointment really let me go to my two of my jobs and tell my customers that I can't make your sandwich cuz you have to get an appointment or my other job tell you I can't give you an appointment today to look at your air conditioner you're going to have to come back tomorrow let's see if that flies people j... read more
Amazing customer service, great bank, a zillion stars!
First I love the atmosphere there very warm and welcoming and I just opened a checking and savings account there and April did a great job helping me out will recommend to anyone else
NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! The assistant manager April is EXTREMELY RUDE. She always has an attitude, treats customers awful and makes me feel uncomfortable every time I go in. I honestly don’t know how she even has a job there anymore. It’s really upsetting and sad that employees are allowed to treat customers as badly as they do and get away with it.
