Amazing customer service, great bank, a zillion stars!
First I love the atmosphere there very warm and welcoming and I just opened a checking and savings account there and April did a great job helping me out will recommend to anyone else
NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! The assistant manager April is EXTREMELY RUDE. She always has an attitude, treats customers awful and makes me feel uncomfortable every time I go in. I honestly don’t know how she even has a job there anymore. It’s really upsetting and sad that employees are allowed to treat customers as badly as they do and get away with it.
Never open an account here. They will tell you what you want to hear and take your money. The assistant manager April is useless and rude!!!!! And don't do business with Zachary Juszkiewics he has no idea what he is doing and if he did that means he looked me in my eye and straight up lied. It's ridiculous that Noone an do anything to help me!!!! This bank needs to be put out if business. Nothing but shady going on.
