I love TD bank, I've had an account with them for years. I had an issue with my credit card and Benjamin took the time to understand the problem and got everything straightened out. The customer service was out of this world!
Disgusting.I have banked here for years. multiple accounts. Somehow their system blocked out the account number of a check I deposited, without any explanation or apology, bounced the check and charge me $20 for their mistake. Guy in the suit, Brian ,Longmeadow office, didn't really seem to care much. He said that it's no big deal just go ask for another check. That's a giant aggravation for me, shame on td. An update to last year's review. We are 'Bill pay' customers who usually have a moderately large balance (in a trust account). "800" telephone service has varied (wait times, capability /interest of representative), BUT in-branch service and telephone service from LM representatives has generally been enthusiastic, and excellent. Credit card operation seems a bit creaky to me. We would enthusiastically recommend this branch to oldsters like us. They will hold your hand, and follow through. We filed jointly me and my wife on our tax return instead of sending us a DD like usual for some reason it was a paper check. I have a account here my wife has an account at a completely different bank. Even though we were both present we both endorsed the check TD wouldnt deposit it into my account. I had to go across the street to bank of America they issued the refund check and cash it then deposit the money into my TD account.
