Jessica is a racist representative at the 801 17th st Nw Washington DC branch who refused to give me her last name and purposely refused to pull up TWO money order documents within the last two months. She said she is having a "Hard time" wow. I came back two days in a row for the same document. This is how they show theyre customers appreciation.
