Manager is unprofessional.. Staff is cold .
I've been a TD customer for years, but I had the best experience today at this branch. I stopped in because I was concerned about potential fraud on my account. Nico assisted me and was incredibly helpful. They were patient, friendly, and put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend working with them if you're at this branch.
Why the door is always close at night for the ATM!!!
Their doors are always locked after hours, man... Whenever I need cash, I can't use my card and get cash! I get it, homeless people are always sleeping inside the kiosks. It was never like this before, it's a real shame. We all live in a broken society.
