They have horrible service their new slogan should be the most inconvenient Bank in the World ! New hours 9:30 long DT wait times ... Need I go on ?
They don’t post their new hours. I understand it’s Covid but they don’t make banking at their bank easy you have to sit at their bank in a long line for hours , it’s ridiculous! I’ve been with them for years, they have lost my business!
As a customer who is tired of waiting outside for an hour to deposit, I think it’s time to open the lobby w/ masks and distance.
It would be helpful to NOT be turned away from drive up service yesterday BEFORE closing time at 4...I drive 30 minutes, each way, only to be refused banking service upon my arrival by a Lucy Clark and told to use an ATM for our business account that I have NEVER done in all the years we have used them. There needs to be more hours to accommodate customers and no refusal BEFORE the new, inadequate closing time!!!
Huh? Every single other bank is open today, Monday December 2 along with every other regular business in town. Way to go, proving once again to be America's LEAST convenient bank.
