Terrible service. The gave me a fraudulent check book and void check that did not match my checking account. And when I called and asked for help and take owner ship the manager Mohammad refused to help fix the issue even though they gave me the wrong void check and checking account on top of that they opened a “checking” account for me that wasn’t an actual checking account. I was discriminated and racially profiled at this bank. I am trying to understand why my information was sent to loss prevention for verification without my consent. I wanted to open up a business account for my newly formed LLC. I presented all documents including a sworn affidavit of ownership since the LLC is anonymous. My only reasoning for this is due to my skin complexion. Had terrible experience with this branch, especially with Priya Singh. 2 minutes of her attention could safe the image of TD Bank in our community. Because she ignored her community needs in extremely extraordinary situation in very rood way, even yelled at us over the phone, it caused us a lot of problems. The very next day I saw her at the Bank she did not apologized nor felt sorry. I had the worst experience at this branch. I'll close my account will never bank with TD again. There are so many banks and branches in our area, I can't believe they would treat their customer the way they did me today. Everyone from the teller to the manager didn't care what were my needs. I hope they leave Vienna and vacate the space for a bank that actually cares for their customers.
