Great location! Easy to get in and out. Priya and Hadeer were kind and helpful. I will gladly come back to this TD location.
Terrible service. The gave me a fraudulent check book and void check that did not match my checking account. And when I called and asked for help and take owner ship the manager Mohammad refused to help fix the issue even though they gave me the wrong void check and checking account on top of that they opened a “checking” account for me that wasn’t an actual checking account. I was discriminated and racially profiled at this bank. I am trying to understand why my information was sent to loss prevention for verification without my consent. I wanted to open up a business account for my newly formed LLC. I presented all documents including a sworn affidavit of ownership since the LLC is anonymous. My only reasoning for this is due to my skin complexion.
