I was there to have my debit card unblock and I went to this TD Bank because this one is the closest to the particular area I was in. I asked the black woman who is the only security guard in the bank about where do I go for customer service and she told me to go to the front desk over there in a rude manner and not friendly at all. I cannot support a bank that openly promotes racial discrimination. Get rid of the DEI.
Showed up on a Monday at 5:37 to get rolls of quarters and was told their coin vault was closed. As someone who works a 9-5, what is the point of having the bank open until 6pm if you can't get the services you need?
