While I hold various accounts with several financial institutions, TD is by far, is my favorite. All their representatives are top tier and always provide thr best customer service.
EDIT: (May 9, 2026) So sad that they're now closed on Sundays :( the only thing that sets them apart from the competition is that they are open on Sundays but not anymore. I still love the hard working staff here & like I said do you want someone to rush you when it comes to your money? Not I...I want someone who handles my money careful with it. This TD bank branch which is located in Jersey City at 125 18th St, has horrible customer service. I spoke to two tellers in the front, both sitting next to each other on the right side of the counter, when you enter the branch, on May 7th 2026 at about 9:30am in the morning. My mom’s account was overdrawn because of a bill that she forgot to transfer to her new bank, she’s currently out of the country and TD bank kept applying fees every day so, I decided to go to the bank and deposit some money into the account to bring it... read more
When you go to the bank, usually you think bank is bank, and the staff is staff, you go you do your business hi hello and done I go to other branch of TD bank and no issue But this branch it’s weird man weird. Entire staff needs to be replaced, The bank got a good name, but the staff is spoiling everything.The worst team, I never been to any bank who’s Crew got so much attitude, rude never ever polite never ever, the branch manager has to look over and resolve this issue It’s good for this branch
