Longest wait ever. No one seems to care or do their job properly in the front. Direct client service by the side desks is better
Best service I ever had nice and smooth
Lack of number of customer service reps - wait is long & may need to come back another day due to insufficient time one rep can do - the rep was good, just need more reps (TD management should address this if possible) - ar least they are open on Sundays
