They no longer exchange currency for non account holders, but they don’t post that anywhere so you end up taking money out at the atm and then can’t do anything with it. Total BS, if I wasn’t an account holder before I certainly wouldn’t bank with them after that.
It's not all that convenient that "America's Most Convenient Bank" doesn't offer any way to pay for safe deposit box rentals online…
Most of my experiences at this location were good. Tommy helped me today and was very friendly and patient! Sometimes there could be a wait due to the amount of people there.
