Sometimes I wish I was white . I’ve been sitting here for at least 20 + minutes there is a black woman who has answered her cell phone has taken customers at the counter came back to her desk not one time said we will be with you it’s sad you have to go to the white areas to get good service for real she won’t even give eye contact that’s how you know a person is wrong . Horrible customer service I only came here because it was close by but I will go to Bensalem to the nice area to get treated like a person and customer .

When my debit card expired I originally did call customer service, they told me it’d be easier if I went in person and could get my card then and there in person. That was not true. This bank couldn’t confirm my phone number via text, when I was standing right in front of them with my ID, and this phone number I’ve been using for over two years with them. $5.99 increase to $10 maintenance fee. No notice at all. I'm not freaking rich. A $4 increase is a lot for the working class and with no warning too. Thinking about switching banks. Because that was scammer behavior.
