This bank seriously need better customer service, the lady Thomas who attended me spoke over me, was very rude, kept giving me smart comments and wasn’t helpful whatsoever it honestly seemed like she just wanted to get me over with fast. Very unprofessional experience.
Bad service,not nice to their customer
I just read a previous review where this person said that they sometimes wished that they they were white, and how this black employee seemed to ignore her and gave bad customer service. Well, I'm half white, and probably look just white to most, and let me tell you I feel like that's why I got terrible customer service from a black employee here.
