Spent the last three months making phone calls to get a refund from a travel company that did a bait and switch on a vacation. They punted me around and would not give me the credit they agreed was due. As a last resort before small claims court, I called my credit card -- TD Bank -- to see if they could help. One call and a little documentation, and the credit appeared today. Lesson learned: don't fall for cold call travel deals. Thanks TD Bank Dispute Department.
It's a tiny branch in a tiny hub, as a result, it was perpetually crowded but the lines moved and my service experience was great. I got a new bank card and my account issues were resolved. Absolutely glad I went. That staff needs a larger "store" as they refer to it.
