Thinking about closing my 10+ year account with them. They sent a notice out last month to inform their consumers that they will no longer be paying non-TD atm fees for the previously approved (last year) atm’s. Now you have to change from their convince checking I to another type of checking account to have those fees waived. Without notice or warning, TD bank just clasped it’s only branch office in Deltona Florida. I called and was told that they closed the branch on Friday January 31, 2020. Hate it, removing all of my accounts with them the second I find a better reputable company. Have had them for yrs with seprate items no issues. After spending over an hr on the phone with them this morning to make sure my account was in good standing they still went this afternoon and charges me two overdraft fees. I will no longer recomend this bank in fact the people I did recommend will be getting a message to show what kind of company it is when it comes to there policies.
