I visited the bank today to request a new debit card, as my previous card had been deactivated due to fraud. I’m a client of td bank, and when I came in, they couldn’t even verify my identity because they weren’t able to send me the authorization code. And that’s not even mentioning the other issues I needed to resolve. Just save yourself the stress and don’t use this bank.
