The bank flat out refused to do a simple bill exchange for a non "customer" and had the gall to say that it was a transaction and that's why it couldn't be done. I've never been to a bank that would outright refuse one of its most basic services to the entire community. I can't imagine how poorly they treat their own. Your money would be better off under your mattress than here.
I am very sorry to have lost my time with the agents on duty at this bank, since they have a bad attitude towards the clients, they do not have a little empathy, which makes us feel that they are inexperienced.
The manager is always having an attitude and yes I believe all the bad reviews that mentioned this manger as he is vey slow and even looks like he doesn’t want to help and not attentive at all like you’re asking for his personal help not doing his job .
Been going there for years the tellers and the manager are very friendly
