Since opening my account (not even a full month ago), I’ve already dealt with multiple issues with TD Bank as a whole. So please understand… walking into this branch today was me giving them one last chance. And somehow? They made it worse. I had literally JUST gotten off the phone with customer service, who told me they couldn’t verify my info and that I needed to go into a branch. Cool. No problem. Christiana has amazing customer service and is a great representation of what banking representation should be. I just wanted to commend her professionalism, patience, and expertise. I highly recommend working with her!
The bank flat out refused to do a simple bill exchange for a non "customer" and had the gall to say that it was a transaction and that's why it couldn't be done. I've never been to a bank that would outright refuse one of its most basic services to the entire community. I can't imagine how poorly they treat their own. Your money would be better off under your mattress than here.
