I started banking with TD because they actually send me an invitation offer to bank with. After today’s first visit to this branch specifically in shady grove. I will not be banking with TD anymore. I have been profiled by lady that works here that k want to believe she is not the manger because of not this is so screwed. Nice and efficient with friendly staff
I used to be with TD bank back when it was still commerce bank. My husband still banks here, I feel he is alway profiled, check deposits take a long time when he deposits IN PERSON. Recently, he made a deposit of 2,000 for some reason they put a 6 day hold on his account. JASMINE should definitely be looked into, people who say she is racist ; they have some merit to their claim. Next time I will.tell him to go the branch near his job in Bethesda.
