I used to be with TD bank back when it was still commerce bank. My husband still banks here, I feel he is alway profiled, check deposits take a long time when he deposits IN PERSON. Recently, he made a deposit of 2,000 for some reason they put a 6 day hold on his account. JASMINE should definitely be looked into, people who say she is racist ; they have some merit to their claim. Next time I will.tell him to go the branch near his job in Bethesda.
Steve the teller was rude and skipped for a female client behind made wait for 45 minutes without any service. After 45 minutes the line grew tremendously. Closing my accounts in the next 15 days
I went there to close my CD account. Teller asked me to wait in seating area so that he can clean up the queue, there's only two guys behind me. Had to wait for 30 min. He kept on serving other people, very unethical, waste of time. While I was writing this review, teller again went to serve other customers, leaving me stranded🤦♂️
As a member of TB Bank for so many years, it was a time for me to sadly write this. I have 3 accounts with this bank. Every time I need to do any transaction as withdrawal money or cash in a check for my business its always being an issue. On Monday July 22, I stopped by at this location 15830 Shady Grove Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 in order to get my statements for accounting purposes.
