TD broke the link to Wave. Only last two months can be exported. Statements are only available in pdf, yet those files don't have an extension. "Any statement information older than what you may currently view online will require manual entry." Welcome your suggestions how I can do my taxes.
This is an awful bank. I do not suggest anyone waste time and money banking with them.
I was considering them for my business, until I needed to cash a $100 check, and they charged $7. of that to a non-customer. I think this is robbery. I fired my credit union for this, and moved my account to another bank. Other banks have waived this fee, so I asked to speak to a manager. She was on the phone, but proceeded to make another phone call before seeing me, and saying that's the way it is. If we allow banks to continue to charge us ridiculous fees (for nothing), they will continue to do so. When I write a check to... read more
